The workflow for Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) design gets more labour intensive because the design of modern building constructions becomes increasingly complex. In many projects, our engineers put effort into the CSD coordination to eliminate the clashes between different MEP services. Nowadays, we further extend our service to provide BIM coordination. It is so more than a coordination tool. It is a complex design and construction process that helps architects and engineers create innovative buildings of the future.

Passive Fire Protection System (FRP Board)

It is our belief that quality fire protection system can effectively prevent from fire hazard. Sun Yu Chau provides the supply and installation of FRP Board which complies with the associated listing and approval use and compliance in order to provide the effectiveness expected by building codes and statutory requirement.
