Combined Service Drawing (CSD) and Building Information Modelling (BIM) Coordination

The workflow for Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) design & coordination gets more labour intensive because the design of modern building constructions becomes increasingly complex. In many projects, our engineers put effort into the CSD coordination to eliminate the clashes & coordination problems between different MEP services. Nowadays, we further extend our service to provide BIM coordination. It is so more than a coordination tool. It is a complex design and construction process that helps architects and engineers create innovative buildings of the future.

Split Type Air-conditioning (SAC) System

Split type air-conditioners are the general provision of different households. For the continuously development of different residents' needs and the amendment of the government policies, the air-conditioning system for residential flats becomes more diversified. For many years, Sun Yu Chau has engaged with the developers to provide different solutions of air-conditioning system for residential developments such as single-split type unit, multi-split type unit and VRV system to suit their different needs.

Passive Fire Protection System (FRP Board)

It is our belief that quality passive fire protection system can effectively prevent from fire hazards. Sun Yu Chau provides the supply and installation of FRP Board which complies with the associated listing and approval use, and compliance in order to provide the effectiveness expected by building codes and statutory requirements.
